1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout).

  • Underwear, swimwear, or accessories with hygiene seals removed.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact service@alorass.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship It Back: Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any USPS or SF Express location. (U.S. orders only)

International Returns:

  • Customer pays return shipping. Email us for instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–8 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refund Method: Funds return to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card).
    Note: Bank processing times may vary (up to 14 days for cards).

4. Damaged or Wrong Items?

  • Email service@alorass.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund immediately.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
