Non-Returnable Items:

Underwear, swimwear, or accessories with hygiene seals removed.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Ship It Back: Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any USPS or SF Express location. (U.S. orders only)
International Returns:

Customer pays return shipping. Email us for instructions.
3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–8 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Method: Funds return to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card).
Note: Bank processing times may vary (up to 14 days for cards).
4. Damaged or Wrong Items?

5. Final Sale Items

Clearance or “Final Sale” purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
